Apple iphone launch on June 1st?

Something to study for all of you waiting for the new 3G iphone?

This ad has been seen here in Prague, the Czech republic. So could this be a teaser for the new iphone? Maybe it is. In that case the new iphone isn’t far away…

My attempt at translating “ne o tom, xxx může koupit ale kolik toho prodal uvidíme se 1 června.” renders this sentence as “Its not about xxx can buy but how much it sold see June 1′st”. (Yes i will go back and copy the word that blanked out in my photo.)

New British coins

As several others all over the web have noticed the Royal mint will start distributing new British coins this summer.

Most people have comments regarding the new design, people are conservative regarding all changes so i’m not too surprised that a lot of people are negative. Btw. i think the new design are quite smart and fancy, a nice is feature that you can arrange them to reveal the shield on the 1 pound coin.

But in my opinion there is a serious flaw in the new design. There isn’t any numbers on the new coins! So foreigners using British coins in the future have to learn the English numeric words. (Or memorize the size and design of the new coins.)

Not very smart or for that sake polite to visiting tourists.
