To do this: (1) grab winetricks (http://wiki.winehq.org/winetricks) and... (2) install the packages riched20 and riched32 and finally... (3) open a terminal, go to the chrome installation directory (windows/profiles/$USER/Local Settings/Application Data/Google/Chrome/Application [by default]) (4) "wine chrome.exe --new-http --in-process-plugins" Haven't tried it under FreeBSD but it should work anyways.
